Mind Modes® assessments and reports are tools for personal insight and coaching, not medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis.
They are intended for self-awareness, communication, and growth purposes only.
By using these services, you acknowledge that your results are based on self-reported data and are for guidance, not clinical evaluation.
Payments are processed securely through approved third parties such as PayPal, ShopeePay, or other listed gateways.
Once an assessment or session has been delivered or started, all payments are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure or duplicate payment.
If you experience an issue, please contact support@mindmodesassessment.com within 7 days of purchase.
Coaching sessions are for educational and personal development purposes.
Mind Modes® coaches are certified professionals but do not provide therapy or legal/medical advice.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your session. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session fee.
