1. About this service

Mind Modes® Matchmaking is a personal matchmaking service operated by Ivy Aulia, founder of Mind Modes®. By registering with this service, you agree to these terms in full.

This service is designed for adults aged 18 and above who are genuinely seeking a meaningful relationship.

2. Registration

Registration is free and does not guarantee a match. Joining the pool means your profile will be reviewed and considered for introductions when a compatible match is identified.

By registering you confirm that:

  • The information and photos you provide are accurate and belong to you
  • You are not currently in a committed relationship
  • You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of another person
  • You are 18 years of age or older

3. Photo and profile consent

By submitting your registration, you consent to:

  • Your profile photo being displayed within the Mind Modes® Matchmaking member pool for the purpose of facilitating introductions
  • Your photo being shared privately with a potential match when a compatible introduction is identified
  • Your photo not being published publicly without your separate and explicit written consent

4. Contact consent

By registering, you consent to being contacted by Mind Modes® Matchmaking via the phone number, WhatsApp, or email address you provide for the purpose of:

  • Notifying you of a potential match
  • Sharing relevant service updates
  • Following up after an introduction

We will not share your contact details with any third party, including your potential match, without your knowledge and consent.

5. Accuracy of information and matching outcomes

All matches are made based solely on the information and preferences provided during registration. By registering, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate, honest, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Mind Modes® Matchmaking cannot be held responsible if a match does not meet your expectations due to information that was inaccurate, incomplete, or not disclosed at the time of registration. This includes but is not limited to lifestyle habits, personal circumstances, physical appearance, or relationship history.

If any information provided is found to be deliberately misleading, Mind Modes® Matchmaking reserves the right to remove your profile from the pool without notice or refund.

6. Compatibility Assessment

The Mind Modes® Love & Relationship Self-Assessment is required for both parties once a mutual interest has been confirmed. Each person pays USD 15 to complete the assessment independently.

  • Payment is non-refundable once the assessment link has been accessed
  • Results are combined into one compatibility report shared with both parties
  • Assessment results are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the matched pair

7. Joint Consultation

The Joint Consultation is an optional 60-minute guided session for both matched parties together. Sessions are conducted by Ivy Aulia or a qualified Mind Modes® professional. The standard fee is USD 150.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: no refund

Rescheduling policy:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled time
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to a USD 20 rescheduling fee
  • Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times

No-show policy:

  • If either party does not attend without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited and a new booking will need to be made at full price

8. Video review discount

A 50% discount voucher reducing the Joint Consultation fee to USD 75 is available to clients who provide a short video testimonial of their experience with Mind Modes® Matchmaking.

By submitting a video review, you consent to:

  • Mind Modes® Matchmaking using the video content for marketing purposes
  • The video being published on our website, social media, and other promotional platforms
  • Your face and voice appearing in published marketing materials

The voucher code will be issued after the video has been received and approved. Mind Modes® Matchmaking reserves the right to decline video submissions that do not meet basic quality or content standards.

9. Matching and consultation process

The matching process at Mind Modes® Matchmaking is conducted by Ivy Aulia and the Mind Modes® team. Initial matching is based on the criteria and preferences provided in your registration profile.

The analysis of Mind Modes® thinking patterns and all final introduction decisions are made personally by Ivy Aulia.

Consultations are conducted by Ivy Aulia or a qualified Mind Modes® professional. All consultations follow the Mind Modes® system and methodology.

Mind Modes® Matchmaking reserves the right to involve trained team members in the matching process while maintaining the quality and integrity of every introduction made.

10. Privacy and confidentiality

All personal information, photos, assessment results, and consultation content are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party outside of the direct service delivery described in these terms.

11. No guarantee of match

Mind Modes® Matchmaking does not guarantee that a compatible match will be found within any specific timeframe or at all. The pool is actively growing and introductions are made based on genuine compatibility, not volume.

12. Code of conduct

All members are expected to engage respectfully with the service and with any introductions made. Mind Modes® Matchmaking reserves the right to remove any member from the pool at any time if conduct is found to be dishonest, disrespectful, or harmful.

13. Intellectual property

Mind Modes® is a registered cognitive and stress pattern system. All assessment materials, reports, and related content are the intellectual property of Ivy Aulia (Novita Aulia Rahma) and Mind Modes®. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without written permission.

14. Changes to these terms

Mind Modes® Matchmaking reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
